      <image:caption>Alkimiya Transfer (Stephanie Sherriff and myself) is an ambient noise duo that formed out of shared interests in policed systems and surveillance in January 2019. Their electroacoustic compositions incorporate found objects, field recordings, radio, archival media, custom interfaces, multichannel speaker systems, and experimental engagement with traditional instruments. The duo’s work has been featured in-person and virtually at creative venues such as the Sonorities Festival in Belfast, The Lab, Gray Area, Adobe Books, KZSU, the Center for New Music, CalArts, the Center for New Music and Audio Technologies (CNMAT), and Mills College.</image:caption>
